My favourite exercise move would be a downward dog if I need to stretch or maybe a squat and press if I&amp;#39;m doing a strength workout. &lt;br /&gt;I would be more of a baker than a cook and love to make healthy breads from scratch and just make mini portions of them. Judging by what you did..in unbaking there are VERY precise ratios, too much liquid you have slop and too little it wont stick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;flax soaks up moisture, i think you shouldnt have added it.  Same with chia!  They will suck the liquid out.
